Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: At Alder Jewellers, we strive to fulfill orders quickly. If you need to cancel or recall an order that has already been shipped or processed, please note our Order Cancellation/Recall Policy:
- A non-refundable fee of $5.50 will be charged to cover administrative costs, packaging, and restocking associated with reversing the process.
- Requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been delivered to you.
- If approved, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the $5.50 fee to your original payment method.
- Exception: If the cancellation is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged goods), the fee will be waived, and you will receive a full refund.
